Native Americans have been in the Rocky Mountain location for the last 10,000 years. Joel Estes and his son discovered what Estes Park is today and its a really neat place. Enos Mills moved to Estes Park in 1884 which is where the Rockys are and he wrote books, and articles, and explored the mountains.
